I’m going to apologize to you in advance. I’m sorry if I don’t get back to your email. I no longer write at this site, since it’s original domain caviarandcodfish.com was hacked and, despite legal intervention, lost to me forever in 2012. I do still try and get back to all Caviar and Codfish emails.

If you are writing to ask “Where Are You!?,” I have an answer for you right here: I’m currently starting a new food-&-life blog over at http://anunconventionalwife.com. It will be very much like Caviar and Codfish, with lots of recipes and photos, but also posts about my marriage (Jim and I hit five years of happy marriage together this past September 2015!!), my new life in Northern Maine, and my struggles with daily chronic pain. I hope you my old CavCod fans will like it.

If you emailed me over the past five years and I didn’t respond, it was because I was working my tail off to run my small-batch ice cream shop (with chronic pain to boot) and I was so dead-tired everyday, correspondence was a rarity. Feel free to send me another line, as now my only job in Maine (living costs are astonishingly low to us Tri-State Area people) is to focus on my health and be a happy housewife, amatuer photographer and blogger, and constant cook. And I would love to hear from you – I most likely loved the email you sent, even if I didn’t have the energy to write back, so thank you very much for it.

Unless you were mean, then, that’s not very nice. I bet your mother raised you with better manners. 👅

The greatest feeling I ever got from my old blog was hearing that others were cooking my recipes, and I would be honored to help you find what you’re looking for.
